Individual Therapy
Individual mental health therapy is a personalized and confidential process where we work together one-on-one. The focus is on exploring and addressing various aspects of your mental health, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Through open conversation, therapeutic techniques, and goal-setting, therapy can help you gain insight, increase self-awareness, process traumatic events, develop coping strategies, and navigate challenges.

I consider it a privilege to provide therapy. To be trusted to help my clients sort through and validate their thoughts and feelings, identify patterns, and empower them to make positive changes in their lives is something I'm honored to do.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, chronic illness (which I also live with), medical gaslighting, relationship issues, and those wanting to improve boundary setting and communication in their relationships. I stress the importance of support and community in healing and will work with you to help find your people.
I take time to build trust and rapport with the people I work with, while maintaining the firm belief that you are the expert in your own life. We will work together to identify your needs, and I will provide a supportive, nonjudgemental space to help you reach your goals in your time.
